Hey guys. My name is Sarah Chancey, and I'm the founder and creative director behind Chancey Charm. We're a national wedding planning and design firm with planners located across the country. In fact, I personally mentor 35 plus wedding planners on our team as well as continue to coach over 1700 wedding. Through my Wedding Planner Academy. That's why I am super excited to share with you my seven must have Wedding planner resources in today's video. Honestly, it was kind of hard to narrow these down. I'm gonna be sharing a link at the end of the video that will take you to my free guide that has all of the resources I use. But I'm really excited today to share with. The seven must have resources that I'm super passionate about and can't imagine Chancey term without. So number one, as cliche as it sounds, is gonna be my all access wedding planner membership. This is because if you're a new planner, it's gonna give you three things. A community of other wedding planners to help support you and answer questions. It's gonna give you, give you proven marketing plans that we've used in 13 plus locations to launch new wedding planning, um, locations and just get things rolling. So these are proven marketing plans, not just something I think would work or something that worked for me. It's things that worked for planners on my team. And then it's also gonna. Planning basic, the basic processes for day of coordination, full planning and design, that kind of thing. So I think it's a really good place to start. And in fact, speaking of starting, I have a free How to Become a Wedding Planner Launch Guide, and in that guide I also partner with my first resource I'm gonna recommend to you, which is Source. I love what these ladies are doing. Basically, in my free guide I talk to you about how important it is to get images or create images that reflect the brand that you have and attract your target client. Source Co has done the heavy lifting. They've created images you can use on your website and in your social media. So genius and it's gonna save you so much time and so much money. Trust me, doing a style shoot on average costs at least $500. I know because I've done 'em over and over again. I've watched my team do 'em over and over again. So this is a huge cost savings and I cannot recommend them enough. Their images are gorgeous. We use them. I just love them. Next up, I'm gonna recommend, um, Kristin, who is my publicist, she's created. Um, published in pretty getting published guide. It's amazing. If you don't know, Kristen has really helped us get where we are with Chancey charm on as far as online, uh, imprint visibility, if you're looking to up your game and get published. I cannot recommend Kristin's guide enough. It is well worth the price, if not more, because she is incredibly gifted when it comes to PR in the wedding industry and has a ton of experience guide. She's helped us get published over 200 times, so her guide is gold, you need it. Um, next up I'm gonna recommend the engaged legal contract, uh, shop. I. Cannot say enough good things about engaged legal. I've obviously been doing this for almost nine years, and when I found her independent contractor contract, when I was looking to expand, I just. I think I almost cried. It was so perfect for a wedding planner who's looking to outsource help, and I know that her client contract is the same, just amazing, trustworthy. So whether you're looking to expand your team or you have that first client, I cannot recommend her contracts enough. Take it from someone who did not have legitimate contracts when I first started. I get it. The expense is real. But guys, I regretted that so much. So really a must have if you're launching your business. Speaking of a must have, I can't recommend Aisle planner enough. I really can't remember what life was like before. Aisle Planner, basically, I Planner is an online planning program and it helps us upload a new client in a matter of minutes. They get access to our curated todo list, a budget builder. A guest list, a layout builder, the place to build design. Guys, you can do everything in there. It's in real time. It keeps all of your planning processes on track with your clients. Clients love it cuz it's so beautiful. It sends automatic reminders. I mean, what more do you need? It's just absolutely amazing. So if you've kind of gotten these things rolling and you're getting some clients, you might also find yourself in what I like to. Email Jill and that's where Skyler, Caitlin, and her email template resources are really gonna come in handy. Y'all. I watch Skyler personally build and perfect these email templates for years with dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of clients under her belt. She's been with Chancey charm for years and years, and. All of us go to her for help with our emails. She's very well spoken. She's very detail oriented, and these email templates are absolutely gold. Y'all gold, and they're gonna save you so much time, so much frustration. Everything from helping a client get through the planning process. To dealing with sticky situations with vendors and clients. I, yeah, you gotta get these email templates. They're gonna change your life. And finally, I'm really excited to share the sketchbook series, basically the sketchbook series. Is a program that helps you learn how to sketch. If you're new here, you might not know that I actually have an art interior design degree and my love for sketching is what the Chancey Charm brand is founded on, and that made us a luxury brand. So I'm pretty passionate about this, but I really was kind of at a loss for a couple of years as far as how to help my team also love and feel comfortable with sketching for their.
